Return & Refund Policy
How do I return a product?
Products purchased from SewardTrunks.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods upon approval from Seward Trunk®. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Items that are not defective will not receive a refund of shipping costs. Contact us at Info@SewardTrunks.com and be sure to send us as many of the following as possible:
- Seward Trunk® order number or invoice number
- Packing list and invoice if not purchased from Seward Trunk®
- Reason for return request
- If a product is defective explain what is wrong with the product, photos help
For USA customers
Seward Trunk® will reserve the option to pay for the return shipment and provide a replacement or refund you the cost of your purchase. The refund process, if approved, will be processed once the product arrives at our location. Please note, depending on your credit card company, it may take two to ten days after the credit is applied to post to your account.
For non-USA customers
Please contact us at Info@SewardTrunks.com with all details. You will need to make the shipping arrangements.
